I always used Westleys Bleach White and a stiff brush on my RKC and never had any problem with it being harsh on the wheels. Just make sure your wheels are cool AND wet before you spray it on. Of course you can't drink a beer and take 2 calls on your cell phone while its on there or you will have problems. Here's another little secret. It works great for taking bugs off your cars front end and windshield. Same goes here about being cool and wet first. Let it sit on the for 30-60 seconds and hose them off. Softens them right up! Usually no scrubbing required.

FYI Chief.... And if you put it on dry chrome, plastic, or paint you are asking for trouble.
