Question 2010 Touring Header with Cat Removed - Does it Have Value?

I ask because I replaced mine with a D&D system and have cut the stock header in half to remove the cat, re-weld and possibly sell. I know the O2 sensors are too close for the stock ECM or any fuel management device that relies on them. Does the PCV or other ECM still bypass the sensors like the PCIII did?

Thanks in advance.
