Default Progressive 412 11.5 or 12" shocks

anyone try these? i have the stock setup with lowering blocks but wanted a better ride. i saw an ad that had the progressive 412 11.5 and 12 inch heavy duty shocks for only 215.00 and was wondering how good they were? thanks.

They're good....if you plan on 2-up or having luggage I would get the Heavy Duty Springs.

I have 11.5" progressives in the rear and a lower progressive suspension in the front (don't know exactly which one). The ride is very stiff so unless those lowering blocks make the bike ride ultra crappy you may gain any improvement. My bike is harsh on bumps but does handle extremely well.

I run the 412s 12.5" HDs I love em. I had the 440s before these and like these better. I am 280# and these are perfect for me. Very nice ride and never bottom out. I highly recommend them.

I blew the seals out on the 440s twice. And the 412s give a little better ride. Also the 440s would give a clunk noise when hitting pot holes. The 412s have never made any noise at all. Just a smooth ride all the time.

im running the 11.5's in the rear. bike handles well, doesnt bottom out. Stiffer than the air shocks were and a little more springy when they unload, but not at all unbearable.
