Default Good Price?

Buddy is looking at an '08 Anniversary Ultra. They said he could have it out the door for $19k. How does it sound? It is number 53 of 7000. Don't think that means much but who knows. Is that a pretty good price?

If that includes TTL, filing fee, document storage fee, toilet paper, and the real out the door price it's probably not bad.

The only other thing he would have to pay is TTL. So 6.5% is $1,235. What say ye?

well, then he is not getting it out the door for $19K...He would be out the door for $20,235K...big difference, and kind of sounds high to me for an 08. think he can do better elsewhere! BTW..how many miles on this bike..its not still new...right?

Personally mind you, I'd walk. There are a LOT of good deals, really good deals if you just take your time and shop hard.

Ye would say thats not 19k out the door but 19k + fees which would put it somewhere in the $20,500 range.

That's not a bad price if the bike is in excellent condition and low miles. Is it stock? If it has extras, that could add to the price. I just bought mine this past December. It was totally stock and had 4400 miles. I paid 18300.00 for it. I didn't buy it from a Dealer. It's a nice Scoot. I love mine! Tell him to make sure the service bulletins are taken care of. They include the recall for the Fuel filter housing, The ABS upgrade Flash, Noise in rear brembo brake calliper
and The outer fairing mounting bolts. The KBB retail is 20500.00 the trade in is 18,500 so 19K is't bad IMO

That's not much less than I paid for mine. Although mine isn't the anniversary I did buy it brand new in August of '08.

Sorry, forgot to mention the bike has 2,500 miles and the used dealer installed V&H Big Shot Duals. Didn't notice any other extras or bling. The V&H site says $800 installed for the Duals.
