There were a few things I did this winter. I got a used inner fairing without the mirror holes. A local painter did the windshield, outer, and inner fairing. The black I used is a German paint. It was a bit more expensive then going with vivid black. In person, you can see the difference from the vivid black and the black that I ended up using. As strange as it sounds it is darker and deeper.

My chages were:
- Sinister Windshield
- Paul Yaffe levers
- Paul Yaffe Monkey Bars (thought I ordered 10" bars but I think they are 12" - your thoughts?)
- All chrome controls

I have upper and lower chrome forks ready to go on. What do you think - make the change or leave them black? The Screamin Eagle air cleaner cover is for sale that you see in the picture.

 

Personally, I would leave the upper and lower forks BLACK.
