Well I have redline in my tranny then also. As I said before I only went around the block so it wasnt really up to temp but the biggest difference I noticed was how smooth it was down shifting. Can wait to get it out to experience all of its benefits. It does still seem real loud when I go from neutral into first gear.

I see a lot of posts that say "smooth as butter" and "reduced" 5th gear whine. I have the RL SPH in the trans and AMSOIL in the Eng and Primary.

Mine clunks into 1st gear as all Harleys do, Neutral is easy to find but 2nd through 6th all clunk too, especailly coming down.

Is that what everyone else is experiencing or is it just me?

Both are top of the line fluids,depends on your color preference red or blue.One of my bikes had Redline the other Amsoil,cannot tell the difference.

I've used both, can't tell the difference at all. Use whichever you can find. Both are great products.
