Yeah, I don't remember exactly, maybe the solid ones were pot metal. Definite difference between the two.

Jon, that's an 8" with recurve. For me, it's just about perfect. I can feel the wind passing just over my helmet. We need to get together sometime soon with some of the other western Wa/Or riders. You could see it for yourself in person. I can usually make a Saturday work out. I can almost always make a Friday work, but that seldom works for others.
