Anybody use a half cover for their touring bike?

A bike cover is one item I don't take trips without. In forest campgrounds it's kept pine pitch, birdcrap, pollen, and all sorts of pine cones/needles and windblown debris off the bike; overnight at hotels it provides at least a little security - I've left my soft bag on the bike overnight underneath the bike cover; and last year coming home from Sturgis we kept getting hit with heavy rain and hail - and while other guys were trying to use T-shirts and towels over their bikes the cover worked like a champ.
I use a no-name full cover from a local shop in my town, it was about $38 and it rolls up pretty small in a stuff sack. It's completely worth it to me.
YMMV.

I bought this for overnight trips. Packs small in the saddlebag and covers my RoadGlide Well. Cheap too http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...ler-Cover.aspx.
