Default Blue flame from exhaust - Problem?

I purchased a PCIII and A/C from Fuel Moto for my father-in-laws '07 Ultra. He already had Rinehart slip ons installed. The guys at Fuel Moto mapped the PCIII prior to shipping and it runs/sounds GREAT! Yesterday my pops calls me and says that there is a blue flame coming from the exhaust (didn't say which side or both) when he hits the gas as the bike is on the stand. Is this normal? Will it cause a problem? Can the PCIII be adjusted to "fix" this?

I'm waiting on my exhaust and will be running a similar set up on my '03, so I'd like to figure out if this is going to affect mine too.

Thanks!

Could you get him to send me a copy of the map he's runnin? That would be great at Bike Night!

Any flame from exhaust really isn't a good thing, unless you've got one of those flame thrower units for performing! Might be dumpin a bit too much fuel? I'm sure jamie (at fuel moto) would be more than able to answer his question. I'd give 'em a call...

Haven’t you watched any of the import car racer movies like “The fast and the ferry assed”? Blue flame always happens right before the car takes off at some unreal speed. It means more power!! LOL

Couldn’t resist, sorry. Call fulemoto

Don't know why it does it but I'll bet it looks cool!! Remember the "Blue Flame" 6-cylinder motors in the first Corvettes? I'd think a blue flame was good maybe.
