Default Bright A$$ Lights Patterns

I don't know if this has been addressed before, but I'm asking for your opinions on what you all think is the best "flash / light" patterns for setting the BAL for. I just installed mine, the BAL 3RT, and I'm kind of confused as to what pattern works best or should work best.

I thank you all for your reply.

I use one short burst of flashes followed by solid on. Second one like this is the +3 setting. Anything else is not leagal as far as I know.

I can't figure out exactly what order the patterns come in and it seems I had all kinds of stuff that didn't match the list in the instructions. Once I got everything started over, it was solid on all the time, next three very quick blinks and then solid on, next was six or seven quick flashes and then solid on. That's the one I picked.
