Passing lamps/Spotlights
Looking to order the Osram/Sylvannia 80/100 headlight bulbs from GermanAuto.
I'm wondering if there is a brighter bulb for the passing lamp/ spotlights? other than the bulbs
from the stealership?
Anyone know?
Thanks and Respects, HBM

In my opinion the 80/100 is too much bulb a H4ST SilverStar 55/60 work well without burning the retina's of oncoming drivers and they do it a lot cheaper. Also the brighter whiter bulb doesn't show well in daylight and you won't be seen as well. I don't know what bike or year you're riding but the passing lights on my 09 are 881's and 27 watts I know they make a 881 50w, 12v Blue Diamond Bulb. but I don't know if the wiring can carry the extra load of the brighter bulbs. Good luck.

Try these guys I just found them searching the net and can't recommed them or the price but they may be what you want. They show a 50 watt 881 bulb for your passing light. Good luck.

I bought a set of H4 HID lights from ebay. Paid $37.99 with free shipping. Put one in my 08 and gave the other to my brother for his 2010 Ultra. So far no issues at all and is extremely bright. I put 881 yellow fog light bulbs (27w) in the passing lamps and it really makes the bike stand out to oncoming traffic.
