Now's a good time to spend that money wisely. Buy a service Manual, a couple of tire spoons and some rim protectors. Tires from Jake Wilson and some Dynabeads. Get a ft pound torque wrench and do it yourself. You'll probably spend half as much as stealer will charge, plus you'll be all set for the next time. You'll be amazed at how easy it is!

+1

It'll take 2 or 3 flats to pay for the warranty.

All well and good assuming that your tire has the courtesy to go flat at your house and not 2,000 miles away on a road trip.

The night I picked up my new RKC after 2 hours I picked up a 1/4" bolt in the rear tire and had to trailer it home. No fixing that big **** thing. Dealer said it happens to all new HD's. (kidding me of course) Lifes a beach!!

Sorry, it wasn't free. You paid when you bought the service plan. Deduct what the Dealer would have charged for replacing the tire from the SP cost. Then you are closer to breaking even.

I would/did too....I had a nail in my rear tire and plugged it with those strips that you twist into the tire along with rubber cement. It was sealed and worked perfectly fine for the remainder of the tire life

+1 million.....for what it costs to pay the dealer for a couple sets of new tires and labor, you've covered a big bore and cams almost.

I'd plug it. About $5 for plugs and tools, a couple minutes of time.
For about $20 you can get a kit with a compressor (or CO2) plugs and tools then your set if it ever happens again you can fix it no matter where you are.
