Default Backrest suggestions: 2008 Road Glide

I'm picking up a 2008 Road Glide this week, and will be needing a padded backrest for the wife. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hate to say it but if you want a removeable you will prob. need to pick it up at the dealer. Standard hight for my 08 Street was lower that what the wife likes and their not cheap. I gave $200 for the bar, $100 for the pad, and luckily the bike had the pin kit installed. Good Luck

Just get a tour pak and be done with it. The wife will love it! More room for her to carry her toys...

There is quite a few dealers discounting parts on ebay. I have upright, pad, and docking hardware (2 point) that I am getting rid of as I am turning the '07 SG into a solo only bike.

https://www.zanottimotor.com/ is an excellent discounted HD dealer. If you have the part numbers you can price it all on line or just give them a call.
I have bought several things from them and they have saved me hundreds of dollars.

There are numerous ones on there. You just need to get on ebay and start searching. Of course there will also be individuals selling used parts (excellent to junk) that they no longer need due to a bike change or whatever. PM me if you are interested in my stuff as I haven't listed any of it on ebay ar anywhere else.
