Slept many a night on the ground in the military. I took the bride out for her first camping trip. The first night it was 100 degress, the second night we had 5 inches of rain. She said NEVER again.
Roughing it for her is no hair dryer or coffee.
She will ride anywhere as long as there is a hotel or a casino involved.

I camp when I'm with the family camping...when I'm on a trip with the guys, hotel please.

Kwick Kamp tent trailer for us. After $4K in motels last summer, we bought one late in the year. Will still motel every few days for showers.

i like camping only if i am staying a few nights, dont like doing the set up and take down every day, not worth it to me anymore

Tented with my son on our trip last summer, first night in Colo it was 34degrees, just get warm and have to pee, man this sux. One year in the infantry in tents every night, no more. Get me a motel on a two lane road, no chains please,,,,,I do have a tent for sale.

We like the Jacuzzi have to keep MAMA happy and she did enough camping when we first got married 24 years ago. She will stay on the bike 650 miles in one shot and not say a word, so I have to treat here to that at least. Makes our trips so much better. Ride safe.
