I have a classic ultra with the factory sidecar - it makes the bike handle completely different, but after 1600 miles I am used to it fine.

I added a California Sidecar to my Goldwing when my daughter was born and she first rode when she was 7 weeks old.&nbsp\\; I know people will say I'm crazy for doing it, but we all had fun and she is now 19 and has her own bike.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; I had David Noe from D&amp\\;J Goldwing Parts in Knoxville, Tn. to attach the car to my bike and he did a great job. If the rig is set-up right, they are not that hard to drive, but if not set-up right they will always be pulling to the right or left. You have to remember that the sidecar is a drag when taking off and a push when stopping.&nbsp\\; California Sidecars don't have brakes on them, so all I had to do was 4 bolts and the car was off (about 10 minutes to take off and about 15 minutes to put back on.&nbsp\\; People that say you can't handle a sidecar good should have tried to keep up with me on Deals Gap. The worse thing about a sidecar is they really hurt your gas mileage, I got about 20 mpg on the wing with it.&nbsp\\; If I can help you with more questions, PM me and I will give you my phone number.

I ordered my Liberty car last month and it is due to arrive in August. Pete is a great guy to deal with and run a nice shop.

i put a sidecar on my 98 electraglide and pretty much&nbsp\\;hated it. you dont ride them....you drive it.&nbsp\\; it was great when my daughter (5 at the time) was in it...we would do sidecar wheelies. but it definiatley needed more power. i changed the front pulley which helped a little bit but still needed more. all in all i thought it sucked!!!!
