Security System Alarm Going Off When Fob Is Near Bike
I have a 2008 Street Glide and the Alarm will some times go off even when the Fob is in my pocket. This is with a new battery. However , there is no pattern to when this will happen. At times it will evenutally disarm itself when I am still using the same fob with the same batter. I have even changed batteries and this doesn't always cure the problem. Usually, after I go through the manual code to start the bike it seems to cure the problem for a while. I have actually had this problem when using either of my Fobs. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this type of problem with their Self Arming Fob Security System? If so, what was the problem, how was it fixed and did the MOCO Warranty it?
Thanks in advance to anyone who replies,

One other thing to consider is location of the fob when the security system is acting up. I have only had a problem with mine under one circumstance, when I put my fob in my handlebar mounted cup holder. When moving my bike around the garage after getting it I tossed the keys and fob into the cup holder and was treated to a demonstration of the siren volume in an enclosed environment. I took the fob out of the cup holder and the system immediately disarmed. I placed it back in and the system re-armed. The cup holder I have is the metal and leather Cruizer Caddy I bought at the dealer. I haven't had any problem with the fob anywhere else including during servicing at the dealer when I toss the fob into the tour pack. Contents of your pockets or metal in or on a vest might have something to do with the seemingly random nature of the event. As for warranty coverage it should be covered, especially if the security was factory installed or installed at time of delivery thus giving it full warranty coverage.

MOCO Replaced The Module
The MOCO first agreed to replace a Key Fob. The bike alarmed out 3 times the same day of the Fob replacement. So, the MOCO finally agreed to replace the Security Module. That cured the problem. All is well now! Thanks to all who replied and I appreciate their input.

When you think its time for a battery, dont just throw a new one at it.
Just like the bike battery put a volt meter to it, and the new one. Doesnt do any good to put a "new" battery in if it has the same or lower voltage than the one your replacing.
BTW it seems the FOB batteries are done when they get to 2.7 volts
