Default 1999 FLHR front brake rotors

The front brake rotors on my 1999 Road King are mounted with 5/16 bolts. I want to change to a set of rotors that use 3/8 bolts. Is there enough "meat" on the front cast wheel to drill these holes out and retap them to 3/8. Anyones thought on this would be a big help.

for safety's sake, i think i'd be looking at different rotors, ones which were designed for your bike rather than something that's not made for it. it would suck to end up dead.

No $hit! Get the right rotor, sounds like your looking at a rear rotor not a front.
