Tuners in Northern Ca area
Any good ones in the sacramento area, I know theres Bob at RC cycles in hayward any others.

It's worth the trip from Sac to Hayward. I drove from Portland Oregon to Hayward for my tune and will do it again if I change anything.

What tuning device did you use TTS, SEST, PC?
