why not ride it for a while as you make your decision. just a thought.

I did not lower my front end and I do not have a problem with the additional height. Ride it for a bit and then make a decision.

I rode mine about two months first, then lowered the front with the HD lowering springs.
It's all better now. Ride it and you'll see. If you don't you will never know.

We've been working with the wheel guys for years and have always found the bikes with a 21" wheel conversion handle better if the front is dropped a little.

Will help eliminate the "floppy" feeling it has at slow speeds as well.

Thanks for the compliment....the only thing about the 3D wheel is they weigh more than other wheels.

I also read somewhere here that you might want to make sure when you lower your front end that your fender wont hit the crash bars.. If your running stock fender. I'm not all that savy on all that goes into doing the front end.. Just something to keep in mind.

I am looking into getting a 21" front but do not want to lower. I am very tall and do not need it to be flat footed and want to keep all of the suspension travel possible.

I am hoping it will handle ok.

I am getting older so I am not that aggressive anymore.
