exhaust for 06 Street glide (new question)

RE: exhaust for 06 Street glide
I had a few issues with the T-Rex pipes that I ordered. The first set where damaged in shipping, I'm told. The second and third sets I mounted on my bike with the same result. You'd think it's the installer, but it's not. How can I be so lucky to get two sets with different lenghts?? I had no problem with my returns with American Classics, they said if you run them you keep them. The crazy thing is I'm think'n of ordering another set of 3"T-Rex or the 4", but from another supplier.

I haven't even heard them yet. I've owned many bikes all with different aftermarket pipes. I'd have to say I like what I hear from all the owners on how they sound, and for the looks, in my opinion, nothing else compares. So, we'll try it again with a fourth set of T-Rex.

I bought a ’06 Ultra two weeks ago. I installed Caliber true duals, PC III, and Ness Big Sucker. Sound is great, power curve is a monster, and the pipes are really clean. We Dyno-ed it and found a good match. Just returned from a 1200 mile trip in and through the Mountains of Virginia / West Virginia it ran great. I couldn’t be happier.
