I need work done and would like too get recommendations on a reputable service department.

 

Where abouts?? I live right behind Zylstra's in Saint Charles, and I won't leave my bike there. I ride 25 miles out to Dekalb and Pierce H-D is my dealer. Great country style service there, they are small, but they are very nice and they don't overcharge for anything.

I have had good luck with Starved Rock Harley in Ottawa.

 

Take mine to DragosBikeWorks{PoplarGrove Il.} hands down absolutely the best there is.

 

I've had a lot of work done at Cozaihr's HD in Decatur and always been happy.

I'd second Cozaihr's in Decatur. I had issues while traveling up there and they got me in and out quick on a Thursday.

I really like Workman HD in Sterling. My buddy bought his new softail custom there, and on his way home, some crackhead ran a red light and knocked him off the road. He took it back to Workman to have the repairs done and they replaced his whole front end and tins in less than two weeks. Thats amazing considering they had to order it all from harley.

I bought my fxdf there and felt really comfortable about doing business with them.

where are you at? There are a few that are good... Conrads in Joliet, but that still might be too far north for you...
