A bunch of us from Washington state did a 2000 mile tour of Arizona over Christmas. Believe it or not, there was snow in Tombstone! If you haven't seen Oatman on Route 66 you should see it on your way down.

If you want a unique place to stay in Bisbee, look up The Shady Dell. They are a hotel/motel that all of the "rooms" are old camper trailers from the 50s and 60s. Except for the one bus and one boat that they also have as rooms.

Did a Bisbee run from Phoenix last September and had a blast.

Rode thru the Tucson, Phoenix, area(I-10) to LA. Came back thru San Diego, to Yuma, Tucson, and all I can say it was hot in September last year, 100f+. Did'nt think I was going to make it. HOT is all I can say. Next trip there I will go in Dec or Jan.
