Question fuel leak

I am trying to get my late fathers 1994 Road King ready for a spring run. I finally got it running good but noticed i have a fuel leak. The fuel seems to be coming out of the left tank, at a point where a wire runs up inside (sending unit?). What is this wire? is this a normal leak point? How do I fix this leak?

Thanks for helping an HD Heir!

Sounds like ya might need an o-ring. Glad to see you're keeping your dad's memory alive.
