Default Need XM help install on a Street Glide 07'

I have the module and the overlay harness. I installed and nothing worked, did a little research and found the "flash info" and preformed that.....still nothing!
what am I missing? no I'm not an HD tech, but this part ain't rocket science!
can anyone help....please! thanks in advance

Do you have the XM antenaa too? Is it plugged in? Soon as you plug it in you should see and XM logo in the lower right of your radio screen.

You need to go to a dealer and have them flash the head unit. It lets the head unit know that you have the XM unit installed.

These are the installation instructions for the XM kit from HD's website:

For problems like this, the HD Electrical Diagnostic Manual is very helpful in pinpointing the problem. Try stopping by your local HD store's service department and ask them to let you take a look at their copy for your bike and see what it says about XM problems. It will have a diagnostic procedure you can follow.

I installed the HD XM radio on my '06 ultra. As soon as I had everything plugged and powered up, the XM appeared on the radio head unit and it worked. I activiated the subscription on-line through XMradio.com. Never had the bike to the dealership to flash the head unit. XM radio worked perfectly.

Samething for me. Just finished the install but do not see a XM display on the headset.
What is this flash you speak of?

Guesse it would help to read all the instructions. i didn't connect the innerconnect plug. Leason learned.
