if I have to guess I would say +8 for a comfortable fit , you could probably get way with a tight fit with a +6, you call wild1 and give them bike model and bars height, they are helpful. http://www.wild1inc.com/

I used +10 on my 16's. Worked nicely! So +8 should work (maybe go 10 just to be safe??). I too think the 14" W1 look similar in height to the CS's.

Call the guys at Dr. V-twin! They are a sponsor and will give you a great deal on either bar. You could also check out the Magnum black pearl lines. I think you will regret not getting something braided when putting new lines on. Just my opinion.

Also, if you like the Carlini, disregard Xguys post. You don't need new risers with FLHT. Also, their "electrafied" bagger bars are $325 and come in 12" and 15" heights. That link on page 2 is not the bars you would need.

Think I will most likely go with Wild1 bars. I was thinking non steel braided lines as I am looking to curb costs. While they are nice and I put them on my old RK, I still think spending $300+ could be put to something better

I've got the 14" Wild 1's on my ride. I picked my cables up from Dr. V-Twin here on the forum. Awesome prices and top notch to deal with.

2 Things:

- Buy the Poly bushings otherwise your bars will rock about 2 inches or so. I don't remember how much they cost but seem to be a must have.

- You HAVE to buy the 1 piece handlebar clamp. I actually have an extra if you need it. I bought one from Chicago Harley, who took 3 weeks to ship it (even after I called and cancelled the order)! I got tired of waiting and stopped at the local dealership and picked one up. There is a sticker right on the bars that say you need the 1 piece clamp. They have pictures of broken bars on their website.

The more pics I look at I don't think you can go wrong with Wild1 or the CS's. They look very similar in height as every bar manufacturer seems to measure differently. What you need to decide on is pullback and if going black if you want matte (W1) or gloss (CS).

I have attached a few more pics of mine just to help. You can see the W1's come back at you a little more at the top of the bars while the CS's look like the go outward maybe making the bar a tad wider, or so it appears to me. I also could push mine a little more forward if need be.

Choose either and rock em out! You will love either I am sure!
