I am leaning towards the 16". I wish Wild1 made 16" bagger bars. Other than the Cyclesmith 16" bagger bars are there any other bars I should consider that are equally priced?

Dr. V- Any idea how many over + I will need to go when ordering cables? Like I said, they dont need to be SS.

The 1.5 bar looks awesome. Not sure if I can flip $350 for it though.
That and this kind of turned me off. You think they would be able to help you out a bit on this. It is not like they dont deal with the same bikes over and over again.

I have 14" Wild 1's on my SG. Cyclesmith must measure their bars differently because my coworker has the 16" Cyclesmiths and mine are just as tall or real close...Like JCleary said, the 12.5" Wild 1's are definitely taller than 13" Cyclesmiths...I LOVE MY 576's!!!!! The fit and finish alone sold me.

Seriously. I bet the Wild One 14" are very tall. Check out my 12-1/2":

I did the same research this winter. Went with the 16s cause I knew I would always wished I would have. Ridden a few hundred since install and I love them, they have made a big difference in comfort and I think I feel more planted on the bike. I'm sure either one will be great. As for the cables, i went black but no special deals that I could find!

it will cost you more then $350.00 because with the 1.5 bar you're gonna need to buy the 1.5" riser and that's another $175.00 , but you know what? they're worth every penny, they look absolutely stunning.
Now whatever you get, you should definitely go 16" , I am 5'11" and I got 18's and they are actually a little over 19" ,carlini mentions that on their website as well, and I love my bars, height is not a big issue , what's important is the reach, and with the apes you can really play with the reach as much as you want, they will look good whether they were in line with the fork or not.
good luck

Does anyone know how many over stock + cables I will need to go if I end up with the Wild1 14" bagger apes?
Also, where is a good/affordable place to get regular black cables?
