Local curling club had a raffle to raise funds for new rocks. They sold 400 tickets at $100 a crack. Gave away the bike and then gave 100 $100 bills back. you had a 1 out of 4 chance of getting your money back. I bought the last two tickets from a friend the night before and they drew my ticket. Better to be lucky than good. As a side story the Fatbob I ride was won at a casino by a guy who sold it to me. He watched a pull tab game and when he saw it was ripe he bought the remainder of the game for $50thou cash and sat for 13 hours pulling tabs. When he was done he had $30thou cash, a 2008 Fatbob that he sold me all taxes paid by casino for $14,200,and a 2008 Rocker-c that he sold. He said he netted about $13,000 on the game. He said luck had nothing to do with it, also had to have the $50thou in cash, said they don't take checks. Many ways to make a living I guess. Take care. Mike.
