I guess we are lucky here as our "doc" fees are $65. Freight and setup are usually negotiable.

 

That's not a good deal.
I paid MSRP + a very small doc fee (can't remember the number) BUT, I got a very good price on my 07 Ultra for a trade and ALSO got the sales tax paid (tax amount was based on the difference between the new msrp and the price of the trade in.)
SO , the net was below msrp (sales tax amount)
Shop around and ride one home from anoher state if you have to, I did.
