Same question, from a woman, go figure

The mufflers, which fit on the headpipes regardless of whether the headpipes are 2-1-2 or 2-1 or true duals may have interchangeable baffles - or they may not, depending on the model and the manufacturer.
I guess some true duals are seamless rather than using separate mufflers -

I just posted this in another thread, but its pertinent here also. I run these with the V&H true duals instead of the "double back" head pipes. But the sound is exactly the same. They will slip right onto the stock head pipes as well. I was leaning towards another brand until I heard these demo'd at J&P last year. Shop around with "google" and you should find a pair for around $300

I have rinehart tru duals. to me they are loud when you are getting on it. once i'm at speed and cruising they are a little louder than stock. But not so loud they drown out the stereo.
forgot to say I got the tru dual setup for less than 700 from easternperformance.com

I like the Rush pipes, for several reasons. They are, by comparison, inexpensive. They have several different baffle sizes and tip styles so you can pick the sound and look you want. They can be purchased at numerous locations, even Harley shops. They are easy on/easy off, just in case you need the stockers for inspections.
