Having a hard time searching for the legal height of handlebars in missouri. I believe its nothing above your shoulders, but cant find it in writing. Wanting to order a set of yaffees.

http://dor.mo.gov/mvdl/drivers/motorman/motoman.pdf. interesting but handlebar height not addressed. i got my cycle endorsement in 1971 in Missouri. at that time the fine for no helmet was $25. fine for non-conforming helmet was $90. law says wear helmet but doesn't state where. when i was servicing local police scooter the officer said if the helmet was on your person you wouldn't get a ticket. here in alabama the stipulation is the strap has to be under your chin also nothing about wearing on head. LOL.

 

I really thought I heard on the news they were trying to change it to shoulder height. It appears to be 15 inches above the seat height.
