well-worn seat on an ultra
a well-worn seat can only mean one thing: that bike is being ridden and i mean ridden! My seat has that "shiny" look to it now too. I ride as much as i can when I`m not out 18 wheelin` so my seat is getting worn out. any suggestions on a good company to have a custom seat made? thanks for your help.

How many miles do you have on your bike?

My stock seats never last more than about 8 years or 50,000 miles or so. Anyways, there is no perfect seat for everyone. Everyone is built different and has different taste as well.
I use to be fine with stock seats....until I tired aftermarket versions. If a person likes stock....then I would suggest in getting it redone.
My favorite has been the Mustang seats. Harder than stock, but softer than a Corbin. I have on on my Ultra and Lowrider. Sometime sometime this year, I am gonna send the seat off the Ultra to a company that will take your motorcycle seat and make it heated.
Anyways, seats and motor oil are all just about the same. You are gonna get a bunch of opinions and neither one is right, nor wrong.
