Also is it normal that the ABS light comes on and goes off until you reach about 3-4 mph?
Normal operation per the owner's manual...
Definitely take the bike in for the ECM ABS flash upgrade mentioned in an earlier reply - that definitely has not been done, based on your description you gave... should be done under warranty.
