[quote=doc_cj;6390633]Now you guys got me wondering ... the Kury site says the Flip Blades for the FL models are not available until April 2010 ... so either the dealer is selling a lot of something else or Kury needs to update their site./quote]

Went to the dealership and picked up the last pair they had. Keep calling around as my dealer was able to get them ? We're in a small city in Wisconsin pop 50,000....so I'm sure there are other places that were able to get these in stock.

I'll look harder. Post a pic or two, along with your review, as soon as you get them mounted. I've not seen the actual items yet, so I'd love to see some pics other than what Kury has online.

Just scored a set of Kury Flip Blades, apparently they are out there! I will post some pics after I get them installed this weekend.

Look like J-Pegs for a BMW K1200LT.

Soo.... just wondered if you got yours to mount up. Was going to put mine on and it looks like they will hit the lower fairing ? Anybody put these on with lowers ?

Default Pic's of Kuryakyn Flip Blades installed

They are very close to the lower fairings, but they will work. I had to change the angle of one of the lower mounting band clamps for extra clearance on one side. Very comfortable ride!

I got mine on also. It really is a close fit. I'd suggest using a larger drill bit than the 1/4" and have a dremel tool with a grinding bit to get the holes to line up nicely. Other than that it was a decent couple of hours installing them.

Nah... it was like 36 degrees here yesterday. I had to heat up my garage to work on my bike. This weekend I put on my Jackpot slip ons... the FL-XIED's.. ISO grips..Stage 1 air cleaner kit and fuel gas cap cover GPS mount and flip blades. I really am itching to take it out and see how it runs with all the mods I put on.

I did about 30 miles Saturday, very comfortable. I like stretching out and staying low, I do have other pegs on the crash bar if I want to kick my feet up higher for a change on a long ride.
