Wild One 575 or 577 ?

The bars are definitely wider but still narrow enough to keep them behind the fairing for the most part. I still enjoy the wind-shielding from the fairing but definitely a better wrist angle. I have mine rotated back too so I have a full mirror view. All around much more comfortable.

i am considering these bars tooo.... i just have a hard time with the fact that they say there is only 2.5" difference in height between them... it sure doesn't look like that in all of the pictures.
I too am looking for something that puts my hands higher, but NOT over the fairing. I'm ony 5'7" but i feel like i want my hands higher, probably around 3-4"
I read somewhere about Yaffe 10" bars..but they are not listed on their website.

Unless you are a professional motorcycle mechanic or a very very gifted weekend mechanic it's a good project to tackle when you have no time constraints. The second set you install will take a quarter of the time required for the first set. Great winter project.

You know I was contemplating with the 575's too, but my thinking was if its not going to make much difference than for all the work you have to do just go a little higher. Why do you have to jump to the 577? Why can't you go to the 578 and still get the luxery of keeping your hands behind the fairing. You can rotate these back a little and keep your hands behind teh fairing. I have everything bought just do not have them installed yet

I just installed the 575's on my 12 SG. Love at first ride. I have beach bars on my Fat Boy so the wider bar is great. Also helps the low back. I'm 5-9 and they fit me perfectly. I rotated them back as much as I could so I didn't have to go with bar-mounted mirrors. Highly recommended.

Pushed my 575's all the way against the faring. Changes wrist angle a bit. 577's have a bend to go around the fairing, allowing you to push them farther forward. Have you looked at the 578's? They are new and supposed to be in between the 575 and 577 (why didn't they name them 576?). Heard some good things about them. They have the bend for the fairing. Not as much height as the 577, but more than the 575. Sounds like just the ticket.

I have 577's on my Ultra and love them. Only issue is hands are above the fairing now so they get colder. I am 5'11
