Wow so this is somewhat common on these seats, you know, I thought for a second this afternoon to open it up and retie the compressor with some heavy duty zip ties myself, then I caught myself and said, damn son, you paid good money for this seat, let them exchange it....

 

just installed on on our bike. One question does the pump run all the time or just when adjusting the pressures

 

It runs continuously when you first install it to fill all the air chambers. It should stop after about a minute and a half to two minutes.

If it is running all the time you have a leak or hose off some place. I had to send mine back HD and they replaced it. I know they have someone that makes the seat for them but I am not sure who it is.

 

I was wondering how these seats are sounds like some mixed emotioins on them though. Zip ties for real?

 

I love mine couldn't ride without it.
