If the guys at HG "hired" someone to push their parts, it would do doubt increase the cost for people like me (workin' man trying to scrape up the coin to get results)! The guys at HQ are doing the right thing if you ask me. They are in the shop working trying to get quality parts out in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. Troops has a right to want answers, but if they were on the phone with every person, we would NEVER get our parts. They answer emails, and that should be sufficient for most people.

 

I have used HQ 3 times in the past and the reason I said there current customer service sucks is because I know how good there customer service used to be.
