Yes, if you can take a cash option, take the money.
If you take the bike and sell it you are still going to pay income taxes on whatever the raffle people say is the bikes worth, probaly MSRP.
It won't matter if you sold it for less than that. At least with cas,h that is what you will pay income taxes on.
