If you can afford the lottery tax which is somewhere around 40% give or take of the value I would take the bike. It looks as though they have doubled the cost of the bike which would bring the tax to about the actual cost of the bike. I would find out how much the tax would be by taking the bike, and compare it to how much I would take home after taxes if I took the cash. Anyway it goes you will have a lot more than you had.
