Inner Primary Bearing Failure

Who has had a bearing in the primary go bad? How many miles were on it and what type of lubricant was used in the primary when it failed?

3900-mi the first time w/Syn3
11,000-mi the second time w/plain ol' HD oil

Known '06 Dyna issue. First time, I got new bearing & race. Second time they replaced the IP & Tranny Cases with '07 (alignment dowelled) cases...don't expect another failure.
