Default Zumo 660

I know there are probably a million post of this but I wanted to ask a few simple questions.

1. After installed, will I be able to hear it thru my HD helmet speakers?

2. My passengers helmet?

3. Thru the speakers without helmets?

4. Any benifits for using my Blackberry with it?

5. Can it be wired without using the aux jack port on my Harmon radio?

Going to use the HD dash mount or similiar. 2009 ultra classic.

Thanks

4 no

Have no info w/ your other questions. Most important: coming from a quest, the 660 is the best one yet in performance.

According to specifications, the audio output on the 660 seems to be the same as my 550. Therefore the audio output from the unit needs to be connected to the Harmon radio’s aux jack port with an mp3 cable. You will then be able to hear through the speakers or helmets. Note that the mp3 cable must have male connectors on both ends and aux must be selected on the radio.

1. Yes
2. Don't know
3. Yes
4. I believe you can use blue tooth to answer and talk on the phone but only with the headset
5.) Aux port works well, don't know how else you can wire it in.

Love my 660!

5. There is a retro to add another Aux to the back of the radio so you can hook it in inside the fairing. It means getting inside the radio, installing the new port and cutting some wires. If you feel like trying this go here.

I just did that mod and it works great. I have a 660 and mounted mine on the fairing. No exposed wires, looks clean. I don't have a helmet mic or bluetooth so I can't comment on those.

Thanks for all the advice. I'm going to give it a shot and try one.
