I like the stainless steel tamper resistant screws that you can't get off with a pair of pliers or vise grips because the shape of the head of the screw. I'm very satisfied with the product and it won't rust. You also have to have a lock so the lid is really hard to get into. It takes a little effort to save alot of money. Brukus.com has some other products that seem to be quality stuff. Ride save and secure

Reason: missed putting their web site
Since I got my saddlebagsecure a while ago, I just went to the brukus site and it's $20. I can tell you that for that price, its well worth not running around trying to find all the different parts you need and it's more than just a bolt. Just sayin.
some good ideas...... better do it while I'm thinking about it. To solve all the issues just wire the bike up to 110 v when you here them yell go get em.
I just ordered a set from Brukus. It's a good idea and the price is right. I like to support bikers who come up with stuff like this in one neat package without trying gouge people.
That's it!
All done... Just did this today after reading this post yesterday.
$6.21 and about 20-25 minutes.
No it's not going to remove ALL possibilties of the bags getting stolen BUT
it will definitley be harder to get them off now.

Not trying to sound negative but $25 for (4) screws and (4) threaded clips seems like gouging to me. I would rather support my local hardware store and more than likely purchase the exact same products for around $5.
And on another note why are they referencing a Torx wrench as a special tool / key? I would go with a tamper proof Torx fastener that you can not remove with a normal Torx bit or an allen bit.
