Default Looking for pics of 09-10 EG's w/relocated license plates

Was wondering if anyone had pics of their 09-10 Electra Glide that they relocated the license plate on below the turn signal bar. Specifically asking about 09-10 models because I'm trying to get a visual of how this looks with the wider rear fender and the rear fender tip auxilary running light and bumper. Thanks in advance!--Greg

'09 Flht's come with the license plate allready mounted under the turn signals. it looks good, as far as a classic or an ultra with the tip, it will look fine aswell the bottom of the plate will just cover the very top of the tip light. hell just take your plate off and hold it under the signals..

Kevin-I can hold the plate under the signal bar with no problem to see a basic fit, but I was interested in the photos to see an exact placement with a bracket. I was interested in seeing how different plate relocation assemblies (HD, softbrake, etc...) might be affected or interfere with the tip light. My bike is a 2010 Police Electra Glide. I'm trying to figure out if I want to keep the wide signal bar and go with an aftermarket plate kit or try the narrower bullet signal kits made by HD or Kuryakan. Sounds like from what your saying that it may cover part of the tip light, but fitment is not affected. Thanks!-Greg

This picture is of a 2009/10 Road King Standard. It would look the same as this if you used the same setup. This is what I'm using on my '09 Ultra Classic after mounting a detachable tour pak.

Here ya go.This is the RK bar on a 09 EG Classic. The signal bar is 1.5 inches narrower than the stock bar,but you can't really notice it.There is a little rubber bumper under the plate bracket,it touches on the chrome of the fender tip light.I'm happy with the look and installation was easy.

Does the RK bar accept the same signal and rear brake lights as stock off an Ultra? I just changed over to all LED's and would hate to have to buy new. Also, this is the one with the plate light integrated? How is that wired in, and does the bar come with the curved plate holder like yopu have?

What are the part numbers?

Thanks!

2010 RK bar on an 09 FLHTC

brake light lens has no window on the top

all else is plug and play- except with fender tip light the plate light needs to be wired into the run or tip light connector.

the back of the plate bracket has a little rubber bumper that rests on the top of the fender tip chrome- it doesn't hit the fender

I bought mine used from another rider for about $75

My Limited came with the fender tip light. I just need the bar.

And after spending the money on the LED brake light, I will just buy a chrome light cover to hide the plate light on the top of it.
