O rings are measured by od, id, and cross section, plus the grade you want. Buna will cover most oil applications and where high heat or fuel is involved viton is the better choice. Anything that I've found on my HD can be matched up at any supplier that stocks o rings, at a fraction of the cost the dealer wants.

LOL, $20K plus machines and you wanna save a few pennies on little rubber o rings that you will change out every few months.

My harbor f o-rings kit worked on my cage power steering line . I just happen to have 1000000000 left over of verious sizes .

I only posted these as I have never had a problem with them sealing. But...I had never thought of that so if there is another brand/part number I would be interested in knowing.

I too use the Harbor Freight assortment but, when I do end up a dealer, I usually pick up a few to hang on the nail. (Then forget I have them, or can't remember where I put the dang things.)

The Harley is a bit different size (smaller) but neither one leaks or pops out when I torque down the drain plugs. So....
