Default Klock Werks Bike Done By the Salesteam

The Krew here at Klock Werks recently had an idea to show how easy it is to work on your own bike. Let's make the sales people do it! So we took everyone from the front who had little or no experience working on a bike to the back for a little transformation on a 2009 Street Glide.

I've got literally thousands of photos from this project so I'll add different steps as I get the photos together.

Lets start with a few simple things

The shifter linkage

Then a Klock Werks Horn Cover

If you've ever called the shop you've probably talked to Vic, he's usually the first one to answer the phone. Here he's shaving a fork leg for a single sided brake.

Next up is assembling the forks with a Progressive lowering kit.

Stock and Lowered

Squeezing the springs into the fork tube.

Putting the tube into the fork leg.

Putting in the drain screw

Putting in the fork oil.
