Market varies by area some I know. I am in Missouri, bought mine a month and a half ago, when things were very slow at the dealers, (Mid January) I got a GREAT deal on mine I think.

I would say if you get 2,000 off at least that's great. They may try to offer 2,000 off in accessories, but that's probably only equal to 1,000, because I am sure there is 100% mark up on those parts.

I did a little better than that on mine, But I had 4 dealers in my area trying their DAMNEDEST to sell me a bike that weekend.... one succeeded!

$16,500 + tax, tags, destination...2010 SG with cruise, no security, or ABS. I haven't bought a Harley in about 10 years, and gotta tell ya, i was surprised. Honestly this pushed me over the edge to buy the bike after kicking it around for about a year. I have to say thought this dealer was a stand out...most were MSRP...one guy was offering "no tax" which is 7% here...
