Picked up a 93 FLHTCU

Picked up a 93 FLHTCU
I traded a ZZR1200 for a 1993 Electra Glide....
It's kind of beat up, needs a few things. New grips, new footboards, and I have a replacement batwing fairing. There's a dent in the fender (front) and in the tank. Needs paint badddddd. I'm thinking of rattle canning it. Also, it needs a saddlebag lid.
It seems to run and drive fine.
Previous owner says he:
1. changed all fluids (trans, engine, primary)
2. put on new starter jackshaft assy
3. put on new starter ring gear, custom machined for the bigger '99 clutch that is in this thing.
4. New primary cover
5. New spark plugs
6. Entire ignition system is brand new, all HD parts. Module is used, stock.
7. replaced oil in shocks two times to clean them thoroughly (20w front, 10w back)
8. new key set for the bike including ignition, bags, and gas cap.
9. New saddle bag rubber supports, both sides, all 4.
10. new HD coil
11. shifting pawls adjusted, primary chain checked, etc.,etc.,etc.,etc.,etc.
12. Has a 1340 (80") crate motor from HD with about 20K on it (previous owner installed)
13. all dash bulbs replaced
He also says he:
Replaced the clutch cable o-ring (this is a big freaking job, really).
Hand polished the wheels
Punched out the exhaust baffles a little more than they were-they can still be punched out a LOT more if you want louder bike.
I took the turn signal module out and cleaned all the contacts, both male and female, and re-installed and coated with lithium grease to protect it (its in the fairing).
Fixed several small wiring issues under the fairing to return it to factory specs wherever possible
I took a LOT of care with the new ignition wiring-its got very nice high temp insulation on it and all wires cut to the right lengths with no slop.
New VOES switch that retards the timing under heavy throttle twist (connected to carb and ignition module).
Replaced the air line in the fairing for the fornt air shocks - this is the thing
I'd replace again when you have the fairing off, it has a slow leak at one of the hose clamps.
Rear air shocks were removed, drained, and refilled twice with new oil to clean them out. They now work great and ride great.
Replaced Kick stand with one form a newer bike, but same part-just in much better shape.
Replaced inner starter shaft seal when replacing the starter jack-shaft.
Mounted seat correctly with the proper parts.
Replaced battery with brand new battery ($126 battery, ouch)
Put some rubber hose next to battery to help it form the frame
Checked main drive belt tension/wear-its in fine shape and will last a long time
-------------
Value of the trade is around $5k at the very most, maybe closer to 4500, depending on where you see the ZZR on the ol Blue Book. Should be fun.
OH YEAH! now I gotta get some cassette tapes! hahahaha
So, anything to look out for on this particular bike? If it has a cassette player and cruise, it's an Ultra, right?
Thanks
