Default Anyone using Progressive 416s

I am looking to replace the shocks on my 05 Road King. I have seen a few people that seem to like the 416s but there isn't much info about them. I know I can spend a lot more money and get better, but I was looking for decent improvement without breaking the bank. Is there anyone with any experience with the 416s? I just don't want to buy something and then turn around and buy something else because I don't like the result.

I am using them on an ultra and they are a huge improvement over the stock shocks. No more sharp/hard hits on bumps. I went with them because I wanted to keep an adjustable air shock due to pulling a trailer.

You could buy a couple of sets of less expensive shocks, and find them not very good, or you could spend the same money in one purchase and have really good ones! Some HDF members have bought several shocks and eventually bought good ones. I learned from their experience and went straight to Ohlins!

Default Looks like not many using these

Thanks for the input. From the number of responses there must not be many out there using these.

They are well liked on the Gold Wing forums. I've been thinking about a set myself.
