We have the J &M hidden antennas on sale. It mounts inside the fairing and so far, my reception has been great. It is an FM/AM/WB tri-band antenna. We also have the Ultra hidden CB antennas as well at the same price which allows guys to get rid of both antennas.
I have a hog tunes model in the fairing. Reception is ok in the city. When I go on trips out of the local area I'm usually listening to the ipod anyway.
I purchased an after market short antenna that the HD shop sold where I got my bike. it looks alot better than the HD short antenna. It worked ok for radio but I have XM so I dont use it now. I am going to take it off and cover the hole.
I broke my stock attenna putting on rain cover, replaced with a shorty fron jm and reception sucks. Only a couple stations come in and only one good one. Weather band is very faint. Stock ant atleast brought wb in good.
Powered internal antenna from Dakota Digital. I've had it for about 8 months and I love it. Reception is great and really cleans up the look of the bike.
