One caution on this statement, sounds like your dealer will warranty this project with SE or HD parts but another dealer may decline to cover the work under warranty since the parts were not delivered with the bike. I chased this warranty topic to death over the last couple of months as I planned a Stage II 103 build on my 2010. Both dealers local to me have indicated they will do their best help with warranty claims but the reality is that Harley (or another dealer) could decline claims because the engine has been modified (even though the work is done with Harley SE parts). I finally decided I cared more about having the bike perform better than if failures were covered under warranty. If Harley declines to cover items not associated with the build, I will cross that bridge when I get there.
