Default Pingle Electronic Shift

Guys, Do any of you have any experience with a Pingle Electric shifting set-up? I have been kicking around buying one for a few months and have started seeing more being used in bikes I see in magazines, these aren't "Drag" bikes but bagger type bikes.

I ran one on my "Drag" bike. It worked well until the battery started getting low, though you wouldn't have that problem with a street bike, due to the fact you have a charging system. The quality of construction is second to none. It held up under extreme conditions with no malfunctions. I had to take it off and went back to air because of the battery issue. If you want to buy one, e-mail me and I'll give you a good deal on the one I have. Al.

I worked with a guy who had a artificial foot he used a pingle. You had to look close to
see it was on the bike. He had no problems with it.

So how do you sit still? The bike has to be in neutral?

Gary, you have mail. As for the rest of you looking at the Electric Shifter, If you don't have a disability or you aren't in full race mode, the only thing the electric shifter is good for is show and tell, it looks "cool" hanging out there. It is a well built piece, and Pingle stands behind their product, it does what they say it will do.
